A cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been processed by our logistics team. Since this time window is usually very short, please contact our customer service as quickly as possible. A partial cancellation is not possible.
If you have ordered something incorrect or no longer need items as ordered, please follow the return process.
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping is carried out with Swiss Post. Delivery abroad is currently not possible.
Discount codes must be entered before completing the order. Subsequent crediting is unfortunately not possible for technical reasons.
To return one or more items, please proceed as follows:
Mark the items to be returned on the delivery note along with the reason for return.
Pack the items securely.
Stick the return label from the delivery note onto the package. Please note that the enclosed return label is not prepaid. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.
Return within the return period of 30 days after receipt.
Once the return has arrived with us, you will receive an email. The goods will then be inspected.
After successful inspection of the goods, a refund will be issued, and you will also be informed of this by email. This usually takes place within 1–3 working days. Please note that processing the refund may take up to 14 working days depending on the payment method, and we have no influence over this.
No, you can also order as a guest. However, logging in with your Swiss-Ski Profile makes it easier for you to manage your orders and speeds up future purchases.
